In digital era, to search the houses from online advertising is surely saving our time. The consumers can compare easily when they are searching for various houses specifications which they are interested to. Nevertheless it could be such a double-edges sword. There are some risks that shall be calculated.

1. There are bunch of online websites which display property advertisements. Before entering to the one of those houses-selling-websites, please check in advance the reputation of the website. Select the website that has gained credibility.

2. Read the testimony about that website and also in open forum sources. Figure out whether there are negative news or exposures about this website or about the procedures of houses-selling? Please find out as well about after sales service provided when the selling procedures are completed.

3. Please make sure that the website provides their official agents contact detail or customer service officers who will assist you to accomplish the procedures of house selling. Select the online site that possesses integrated cooperation with the banks. The more of numbers of the banks whom they work together with, the more it indicates that the site is trustworthy.

4. A good website will provide a platform between buyers and sellers - not broker which requires the additional costs. Select the site which cooperate with the sellers (owners) and developers which holding certificates of Rights to Build (SHGB) or Freehold (SHM). Otherwise, they shall attach the letter of attorney (LOA) to sell which issued by the owners of properties. Moreover, be attentive to status of SHGB and its period of time. These points may become your references that the sellers/owners built their houses in the land with no potential disputes.
