The investors' attention toward gold seems to be shifted, gold investment hedging is considered to be no longer sexy. In the meantime, the composite stock exchange index is fluctuating and tends to be weakened, since it is mostly pressured by foreign selling. Consequently, the investors today turn to property investment which has proven to be profitable. In history, the property selling value is never decreased, but continuing skyrocketed every year without stumbling, instead.
Technical Director of Paramont Land, Aryo Tri Ananto, said that they recently completed a ground breaking for a cluster project of Elista Village in Gading Serpong. The middle-class residential cluster project is planned to be 263 units with competitive prices, starting from IDR 954 million to IDR 1.5 billion per unit.
"We design it with CANTIK (beautiful) concept, which described as: Ceria untuk Anda dan keluarga (cheerful for you and familiy), Aman dan Nyaman untuk dihuni (safe and secure to be occupied), harga yang begitu Terjangkau (very affordable price), lalu didesain Indah dengan gaya arsitektur Klasik modern (designed with modern classic architectural style)," explained Aryo in last mid November. By presenting this concept, Elista Village is claimed to be able to provide each detail of reasons why a house is deserved to be owned or as future investment.
According to him, all needs of rooms will be accommodated i.e. bedrooms, children bedrooms, guest living rooms, dining rooms, maids rooms, storage, space for dying cloths and garage. With building size of 77-130 sqm, Elista Village is appropriated to be special residences for the family and young professionals. "Everybody has a dream for a beautiful house with the great design, complete and of course, affordable price. The strategic area with all-in city facilities is also preferable," said Aryo. "Other plus points, the beautiful house for family is carefully designed and high taste."
